I ordered a couple of supplements, I think earlier last week or maybe the week before, and the shipping process was straightforward. I got the tracking email the next day, or close to it, and it kept updating normally so I wasn’t sitting there wondering where it was.
It showed up in about a week, maybe a day later than I was expecting, but everything was packed nicely and nothing spilled or leaked. I’d probably give it 5 stars if it had arrived just a little faster.

I signed up for a monthly order and the billing part was straightforward. The receipt came through right away, and it matched exactly what I was expecting, which felt like a small win because I always double-check for sneaky extra charges.

I did need to change my subscription date, and that part took me a minute to figure out on the account page. It wasn’t a huge hassle, but the setting wasn’t super obvious at first.

I ended up reaching out to customer support, and they got back to me the next day and fixed it for me. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’m glad I got it sorted without much stress. I just wish the subscription settings were a little easier to find.

It works fine overall, so I can’t really complain too much about the actual product. But the pricing feels a bit high for what you get, especially when a lot of the selling points sound kind of vague. I wish they were more upfront about what makes it worth the extra money instead of just making it sound like it’s supposed to be better somehow.

I like that the ingredients seem simple and clean, with nothing weird added. That’s what you want to see, right?

I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and it takes longer than I thought it would. They does eventually get back to me and fix the issue, so I can’t really complain too much. The whole back and forth was just slow. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either.
